All products sold through the website benefit from a statutory two-year warranty from the date of purchase by the customer.


In order to exercise the rights arising from the warranty, the customer will always need to present the respective sales invoice.
The following products are excluded from the warranty and will not be repaired or replaced:


- Products showing signs of misuse or improper handling, including but not limited to products with signs of impact, drops, or accidents.

- Products that have undergone unauthorized modifications and/or repairs.
If the non-conformities are the responsibility of Lala Diamonds, they will be repaired whenever technically feasible. If repair is not possible, the non-conforming item will be replaced with another of the same model or similar. In any case, the costs will be covered by Lala Diamonds.

If, for any reason, the product is not covered by the warranty but the malfunction is repairable, Lala Diamonds will provide a repair estimate and seek prior approval from the customer.
