Lala is a small business - all pieces are custom and hand made therefore we don’t do returns or refunds. Exceptions apply.

Our workshop is our happy place, where we design and produce unique jewellery that is custom and hand-made. Please note that colour of stones might be slightly different as no natural stone has an equal colour. It might change under different light setting.
